Great book right there, an old buddy of mine did similar about 6 months back. I think he paid £400 and the copy is worth more like £1,200, so he got a good deal, hope you did too.

I think the early books were a sign of the times.
A lot of hype but not much substance, Gen 13 being one of the leaders for me.

I pretty much understood that, but I think GR is undervalued compared to a book like Hulk #181. Spotlight #5 was a huge introduction of a now iconic character.

Don't get me wrong--I _love_ Ghost Rider, and have a full set of the '73 series in about VF+ or better, plus another 50 or so high-grade dupes. (I'm only missing Marvel Spotlight # 6 and 8).

Im pretty sure raw books dont get the attention of the CGC SS though right, or anything less than a CGC 9.8?

With a new series, some decent use of the character and not as much saturation as we are used to, maybe the character is getting just the right amount of exposure and the still quite hard to find NYX ...
