Updated.

That X-Men #11 is a real pain to find. Expect to have some competition when/if you go chasing that particular issue down.

And the Captain America issue sounds interesting because 1) 1st app of a character and 2) it was popular enough to get a second printing. "What was once hot.." and all that. Wink

I freakin' love that X-Men issue. Came with the X-Men board game, but even then you don't know if you got it because they randomly rotated copies of X-Men 11 silver, X-Men 303 gold or X-Men 307 gold.

I believe all three were board game exclusives, but I like the X-Men 11 because it's by far the rarest of the first 20+ Jim Lee issues.

Too bad my copies a banged up 7.0/7.5.

Updated both list. It's looking pretty good honestly. Thanks to STL Comics who spent time getting a list of Marvel 2nd prints done from that age I have added a couple of more books to the list. I would love to get images to all these books in one place. A group shot so to speak. I might just start picking these up raw on eBay as I can see how this might quickly become a hot bunch of books to collect. Thumbs Up

Google image searches attract a lot of traffic.

I have a couple possible corrections for the list...

Cap #371 is an MVP edition and I see no silver on the cover

X-Men #281 is strange in that it has a reddish logo instead of the white one the 1st print has and it does not have any 2nd print text in the indicia. There is no silver on the cover though.

The cap was removed. I thought I'd leave the x-men 281 on there for now. The Web of Spidey #118 might have come out in 95 which is way later than our 90-92 era of 2nd and 3rd printings.
